  • How do I return an item?

    Please send us an email with your order number and item(s) you would like to return to: support@rumeekids.com, and we will promptly follow up with you.

  • I made a mistake on my order. What can I do?

    Please send us an email at support@rumeekids.com as quickly as possible, so that we may be able to fix the issue.

  • What can I return?

    - Any item (except gift cards, and clearance items) within 30 days from the date of purchase.

    - Must be unused and in original packaging.

  • What items are non-refundable?

    The following items cannot be returned:

    - Gift cards

    - Clearance items

  • What if my item was damaged?

    Please send an email us a photo of the damaged item(s) and your order number to support@rumeekids.com, and we will contact you regarding replacing your item(s).

  • How soon will I receive my refund?

    Once a refund is processed, the refund will appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days.

  • I have a different question.
